    Ombudsman:

    MAIN FEATURES OF OMBUDSMAN

    • consulting of employees, participants of labor disputes, conflict and support in development of mutually appropriate, constructive and practicable solution, taking into account the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including provisions on confidentiality, if required;
    • support in  solution of challenging  social and employment issues of employees of the Fund and companies, as well as in adherence to business conduct principles by employees of the Fund and companies;
    • development of recommendations for persons, involved in disputes, conflicts or problematic situations, for settlement of such conflicts (disputes);
    • consulting of officials of the Fund and companies in relation to settlement and prevention of conflicts  (disputes) with systemic, legal or organizational nature, as well as concerning adherence to business conduct principles;
    • submission of identified problematic issues with systemic nature to consideration of relevant bodies and officials of the Fund and/or companies, which shall take appropriate decision (complex measures) and provide constructive proposals for solution of such problems.
    • provision o proposals on improvement of internal regulating documents of the Fund within his/her competence;
    • adoption of other measures of recommendation nature, including oriented on restoration of violated rights and legal interests.
