October 9, 2015 was the 1st anniversary LLP “Samruk-Green Energy”, since the start of commercial power generation of SPP 2 MW in Kapshaga. The project implemented in accordance with the strategy of JSC “Samruk-Energo” for development of renewable energy sources in Kazakhstan. Within 12 month of work, company acquired unique experience in operating SPP:
- ·Out of 365, there were 152 completely sunny days, during which, it was produced 3.2 million kW*h of electricity;
- ·determined that dust, wind, temperature and other climatic factors has an impact on the activity of Solar Panel Station;
- ·determined the efficiency of tracker systems (system of tracking the sun) with respect to the fixed structure;
- ·amid of test-launch on 2 MW SPP, there was establishment of domestic LLP “Astana- Solar” photovoltaic modules with capacity of 3.68 kW ;
- ·SPP is industrial attraction of renewable energy for Almaty region; attracting attention of media, representatives of ministries, regions and foreign guests;
- ·prevented more than 2.2 thousand tons of CO2 emission into the atmosphere. It is vital to note a huge contribution of Deputy General Director of LLP “Samruk-Green Energy” Karim M.A. in installation of automated system of commercial electric power accounting as well as launching SPP in 2014.
Currently with JSC “Samruk-Kazyna” companies, in order to achieve synergies and access to international market of “green energy”, LLP “Samruk-Green Energy” determines the prospect of project implementations in the field of solar energy in Kazakhstan and other counties.
